According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 43,020 people have been killed in the war with Israel, which has lasted more than a year.
More than half of those killed are women and children, the ministry informs.
The latest death toll includes 96 people who have died in the last two days. The statistics announced by the ministry could not be confirmed by an impartial source.
