At least 13 Palestinians have been killed in attacks by Israel on a school and a residential building in Gaza, reported the Palestinian news agency Wafa on Saturday. In addition, 15 are said to have been wounded in the attacks.
According to Wafa, eight of the dead were refugees staying in a school building in the town of Jabalia in northern Gaza. The Israeli military said in a statement that it had carried out a precision strike on a terrorist command center in a decommissioned school.
In a separate attack on a residential building in the Nuiserat refugee camp, five Palestinians were killed.
