At least 26 people were killed in a bomb attack at a railway station in the northwestern Pakistani city of Quetta near the border with Afghanistan on Saturday, police and hospital sources said.
In addition, more than 60 were injured in the explosion.
The bombing occurred while passengers were waiting for a train to the garrison city of Rawalpindi.
A separatist group active in the region, the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), claimed responsibility for the attack on Saturday.
According to BLA, the target of the attack was a Pakistani army unit that had arrived at Quetta station. According to the police, 14 of the dead were soldiers.
