(Finance) – It’s online there Database of Opinions an operational tool to learn about the regulatory evolution and the guidelines of the Department of Public Administration regarding public employment, administrative organization and personnel management of the Public Administration.
Present on the portal Lavoropubblico.gov.it, explains the Department in a note, the application contains over 400 documents: directives, opinions and circular notes on the legal, economic and social security treatment of personnel and public management. Thanks to the advanced search filters, it is possible to select them by type, topic, recipients, date of publication and legal framework. “Digital transformation is the first major challenge that the Public Administration has to face, a process that involves profound changes in structures, procedures and services – says the Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo -. The Database of Opinions is a tool useful to administrations, public employees and operators of the legal system for a homogeneous and correct application of the institutions that present interpretative difficulties. Another step forward, for a modern PA capable of offering ever more efficient services”.
The objective of the Database of Opinions, continues the Department, “it is twofold: for administrations and public employees to strengthen institutional capacity and raise awareness of public employment institutions; for the Department to carry out analyzes on interpretative issues concerning the administrative organization and management of public personnel and to monitor the application of regulatory provisions to define capacity building paths”. The tool “goes in the direction of digital innovation of the Public Administration. Access to the digital archive from a single point allows you to have an overview of the regulatory evolution regarding the organization and regulation of public work, through the systematic collection of opinions already issued and published by the Department of Public Administration”.
