Owners who earn 2,000 euros per month can request this aid of 3000 euros for their accommodation

Owners who earn 2000 euros per month can request this

Anyone who receives median salary in France can claim this state’s important assistance for their accommodation.

When you receive median salary, around 2,000 euros per month, few aids can be received. Often, those who make up this middle class consider themselves to be the left-hander of the State: they gain too much to be supported by the State, but not enough to live without financial hassle. This is particularly the case for owners in this situation.

However, certain aids can be perceived by these households, several of which are for their home. If it is not a check to help pay its electricity or gas bills, or reimburse your credit, these a few thousand euros are very useful for everyday comfort.

Living daily in unhealthy, energy -consuming or poorly insulated accommodation is a weight for families. However, to get out of this situation, significant costs are generally to be paid. To help the owners, the State has set up a well -known aid: my Rénov ‘premium. According to the latest figures from the National Housing Agency (ANAH), since 2020, more than two million dwellings have been renovated thanks to this device.

It allows, among other things, to finance small work, called “renovation by gesture”. Among them, an operation is particularly carried out: the purchase of an air/water heat pump. Nearly 350,000 were sold in 2022, according to the latest official figures, almost half of which was funded thanks to the aid paid by my Rénov ‘premium. Each year, this is the main purchase that households make when they request this financial support from the State.

It must be said that an air/water heat pump is particularly expensive. Between 12 and 15,000 euros must be spent for the acquisition and installation of the product. Faced with this substantial charge, the State therefore proposes to amortize the invoice. The check depends on the income of the home. It thus varies from 3000 to 5000 euros, according to the applicant’s financial ease.

To calculate it, the National Habitat Agency – which must be asked for – is based on the last tax notice, that of 2024. The ceilings vary according to if you are single, married, with or without children, but winning median salary does not exclude you from the system. Take several examples.

First, excluding Île-de-France: a bachelor without children who earns 2,000 euros per month after taxes will be entitled to 3000 euros in aid; A couple married to the same salary and without children will have no right to anything. On the other hand, with a child, he can receive the 3000 euros. With two, it will climb to 4000 euros. In Île-de-France, aid will be abundant by an additional 1,000 euros in each of these situations.

Still too little used -and threatened to be planed -, this aid is a real relief for the finances of many households. It was well renewed in 2025.
