(Finance) – OVSas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween 30 November and 6 December 2023, a total of 1,442,273 ordinary shares (equal to 0.496% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2,0627 euros, for a countervalue of 2,975,006.90 euros.
Following the operations carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 27,813,493 own shares in its portfolio equal to 9.5604% of the share capital.
In Milan today, subdued OVSwhich closed the session with a drop of 2.37%.
