(Finance) – OVSas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween November 16 and 22, 2023, in the aggregate 674,703 ordinary shares (equal to 0.232% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.7959 euros, for a countervalue equal to 1,211,726.80 euros.
Following the operations carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 25,752,852 own shares in its portfolio equal to 8.8521% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, substantially flattened on the values preceding the session OVSwhich at the end showed a moderate -0.06%.
