(Finance) – OVSas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween March 18 and 22, 2024, in the aggregate 445,170 ordinary shares (equal to 0.153% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2.2503 euros, for a countervalue equal to 1,001,749.44 euros.
As of March 22, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 33,304,414 treasury shares in its portfolio equal to 11.4478% of the share capital.
