(Finance) – OVS has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 21 to 27 April 2022, overall 130,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.045% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.8112 euros, for a countervalue equal to 235,449.50 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 28, 2021.
Following the operations carried out to date, OVS holds a total of 3,485,351 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 1.198% of the share capital.
