(Finance) – OVS has communicated that it has purchasedbetween April 28 and May 4, 2022, overall 222,871 ordinary shares (equal to 0.077% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.813 euros, for a countervalue equal to 404,068.24 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 28, 2021.
Following the transactions carried out to date, OVS holds a total of 3,708,222 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 1.275% of the share capital.
In Milan, today, closing in red for clothing leader in Italy which ended the session with a decrease of 1.66%.
