(Finance) – OVS has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 17 to 23 February 2022, overall 272,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.093% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2.28382 euros, for one countervalue equal to 621,199.03 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 28, 2021.
Following the operations carried out to date, OVS holds a total of 1,373,826 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 0.4722% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the clothing leader in Italy takes off and stands at € 2.264, with an increase of 3.85%.
