(Tiper Stock Exchange) – OVS extensionas part of the treasury share buyback programme, announced that it has purchasedbetween 13 and 19 July 2023, overall 236,084 ordinary shares (equal to 0.081% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2.5194 euros, for a counter value equal to 594,780.96 euros.
Following the transactions carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 19,125,328 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 6.5740% of the share capital.
On the stock market today, a small step forward for OVS extensionwhich brings home a timid +0.65%.
