(Finance) – OVS has communicated that it has purchasedbetween 5 and 11 May 2022, overall 330,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.113% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.725 euros, for a countervalue equal to 569.197,20 euror.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 28, 2021.
Following the transactions carried out to date, OVS holds a total of 4,038,222 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 1.388% of the share capital.
In Milan, today, effervescent OVSwhich closes the session with a decidedly positive performance of 3.83%.
