(Tiper Stock Exchange) – OVS extensionas part of the treasury share buyback programme, announced that it has purchasedbetween 10 and 16 August 2023, overall 162,365 ordinary shares (equal to 0.056% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2.2668 euros, for a counter value equal to 368,044.43 euros.
Following the transactions carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 19,911,062 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 6.8441% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, OVS extension it recorded a drop of 1.45% compared to the day before and stood at 2.178 euros.
