(Finance) – OVSas part of the treasury share buyback programme, announced that it had purchased, between 7 and 13 December 2023, a total of 1,228,854 ordinary shares (equal to 0.422% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 2.0701 euros, for a counter value equal to 2,543,812.16 euros.
Following the operations carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 29,042,347 own shares in its portfolio equal to 9.9828% of the share capital.
In Milan, today, a great day for OVSwhich achieved an increase of 5.04%.
