(Finance) – OVSas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween October 5 and 11, 2023, in the aggregate 571,119 ordinary shares (equal to 0.196% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.8269 euros, for a countervalue equal to 1,043,400.66 euros.
Following the operations carried out so far, the clothing leader in Italy has a total of 22,091,591 own shares in its portfolio equal to 7.5936% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, subdued OVSwhich closed the session with a drop of 1.97%.
