A new neighborhood with varied housing will be built on the Ivordreef. For example, 159 social rental homes are being built, 74 mid-market rental homes and 74 owner-occupied homes. There used to be a flat with 179 social rental homes, but this was demolished this year to make room for the new building. The city council must now make a decision on the zoning plan, so that the district can be realised.
