Amersfoort – 120,000 kilos of bed and bath linen and clothing from care providers pass through the large Newasco industrial hall in Amersfoort every week. The company, which will be 125 years old in 2025, does laundry for healthcare institutions from all over the region. “We are going to expand to another location to further improve the process there,” explains director Marc Nieuwland. There is only one problem: “We cannot connect to the power grid there.”
