Over 100 people have been evacuated after an explosion at a hotel in Hammarby sjöstad in Stockholm.
A man has been arrested, suspected of having thrown in an object that detonated.
– We know what the origin is, why he threw the object in, says police spokesperson Ola Österling.
It was around 03:00 that the police received an alert about an explosion at a hotel in Hammarby sjöstad in Stockholm.
There are no reports of personal injuries and the damage to the hotel is minor, according to the police.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of public destruction.

Over 100 evacuated
The hotel is cordoned off. It is currently unclear what kind of object the man threw in.
– We are there with our national bomb technicians to try to find out, says Ola Österling.
Over 100 hotel guests have had to be evacuated to another hotel nearby. The city of Stockholm is connected to be able to provide support.
