Wilma Andersson was only 17 years old when she was murdered by her ex-boyfriend Tishko Ahmed in November 2019. Her head was found in a suitcase in the couple’s shared apartment in Uddevalla, but the rest of her body has still not been found.

Ahmed was sentenced against his denial to 18 years in prison by the Court of Appeal, and has been serving his sentence in prison since December 2020.

News24 has previously written about the 25-year-old’s messy life in prison. He began serving his sentence at Kumla, where he was placed in solitary confinement several times because there was a threat image against him.

Wilma Andersson’s killer was then moved to Tidaholm, before he ended up in Salbergaanstalten.

Wilma Andersson’s killer has changed prisons three times – last year

Tishko Ahmed’s time in prison has continued to be messy. The 25-year-old has been in three different institutions – this year alone.

In April 2021, the 25-year-old was moved to Tidaholm from Salberga, and since then there have been reports of threats, outbursts and fights, writes Expressen.

Between February 25 and March 1, Wilma Andersson’s killer sat in isolation after having seriously molested another inmate. He had also been instrumental in freezing out a prisoner who was new to the institution.

In May, Ahmed threw a tantrum and accused staff of taking part of a shaver. With only a towel around his waist, he banged on doors and screamed. In questioning, he said: “The staff can bang him or whatever you want, he doesn’t care. Fucking shit”.

Later that month, the 25-year-old had to spend over a month in isolation. This after other inmates testified that Tishko Ahmed behaved threateningly and provocatively.

In June, Tishko Ahmed was immediately transferred to Salberga. On the same day he arrived at the institution, he was involved in a serious incident.

A large brawl broke out on a smoking balcony, and surveillance video captured several inmates kicking and punching someone. After the fight, the 25-year-old had injuries that indicated he had been subjected to serious violence.

For his own safety, Wilma Andersson’s killer was put in solitary confinement for a month. During it, he was also warned after calling one of the staff a whore.

In August, Tishko Ahmed was moved to the third institution of the year, Hall outside Södertälje. There, the 25-year-old’s killer has continued to misbehave. Unrest has caused everyone in his department to be isolated. “Inmates are out in the corridor and yelling at each other,” the Correctional Service writes in a report according to The Express.
