Hosted by Frédéric Lopez, this innovative program comes to take over from Meeting in unknown land who made the host’s renown. Mixture of adventure, discovery and people of people, the concept amounts to taking four celebrities far from their comfort zone, surrounded by nature, to live a strong human experience.
For four days and three nights, the guests of Our true nature Evolve in quasi-autonomy, guided by Frédéric Lopez and the explorer Samuel Ostiguy, in a secret place until the last moment. Cut from the modern world, without comfort or benchmarks, they are invited to reconnect to themselves, others and their environment.
