According to the final report of the forensic expert in Morocco: Oumar Diop died of cardiac arrest following excessive consumption of cocaine mixed with alcohol, confirming police reports. A version that has always been disputed by the family.

If the lawyers did not wish to speak for the moment, one of Oumar Diop’s cousins specifies that a counter-expertise is financially impossible for them. ” We do not agree with the result, but nevertheless we do not have the necessary means to do otherwise. From the doctors’ point of view, it will be too late to continue the investigation, but from the lawyers’ side, we hope that there will still be some clarification. »
According to the General Prosecutor’s Office, a copy of the autopsy report in its final form was given to the representatives of the family.
