The crisis emergency shelter is necessary to relieve the still full application center in Ter Apel. “Within the province of Utrecht, the 26 municipalities have agreed with each other to take responsibility together,” says Oudewater. “In other words: every municipality will have its turn for temporary emergency shelter, until a solution is found nationally.”
