(Finance) – Orser communicated thestart of a share buyback programmein execution of what was resolved by the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 26 April 2023.
This program represents a strategic investment opportunity for every purpose permitted by current legal provisions.
The program will start from today, 15 September, and share purchases must be made by 31 October 2023, for a maximum number equal to 70,000 shares Orsero to purchase, without indication of the nominal value and for a countervalue maximum Of 1,000,000.00 Of EUR.
The purchase operations will be carried out through Intesa Sanpaolo as the authorized authorized intermediary.
As of today, 15 September, Orsero holds 477,514 own shares in its portfolio, equal to 2.7% of the share capital. The companies controlled by Orsero do not hold shares of the parent company.
