(Finance) – Orrick announces that during the gala evening of the Legalcommunity Finance Awards 2023the Finance Italy group of the firm received the “Team of the year” award for the NPLs category.
The recognition is the result of the teamwork which, especially during 2022, distinguished itself in completing the most important securitization transactions on the domestic and European markets. Orrick in fact in 2022 has assisted BCC Banca Iccrea in the securitization of NPLs worth 650 million of Euro, Piraeus Bank and the arrangers in the securitization of NPLs worth 550 million euros, the originator banks in the context of the securitization of non-performing loans for 545 million euros promoted by the Louis Luzzattia consortium company that brings together 19 local People’s Banks, e Banca BPER in the agreement with the Gardant Group for the management of over 2.5 billion euro of non-performing loans of the BPER Banca Group.
