Romanian star Ariana Pirv from Orivesi’s Effort shortened to the surface in the semi-finals against the Hämeenlinna Volleyball Club.

The women’s volleyball semi-finals between the Hämeenlinna Volleyball Club and Orivesi’s Effort were dramatically interrupted in the second round when OrPo’s Romanian star Ariana Pirv shortened to the surface of the field.
The situation happened after a long ball. Pirv hit the ball on the field, but a moment later he shortened to the field. Pirv, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass.
Pirv said on Twitter some time ago that she was pregnant.
OrPon manager Mika Putkisaari told Sport, however, to facilitate the information. Pirv had been taken to the hospital for examinations and according to the information received from there, everything is ok. Of course, the manager could not tell more about the player’s health.
Hämeenlinna defeated OrPon 3–0 (25–14, 25–18, 25–23) and leads the semi-finals 2–1.
