(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Light is the central theme of the Première di Oroarezzo 2023 competitionthe manifestation of Italian Exhibition Group dedicated to the goldsmith, silversmith and jeweler manufacturing, scheduled at Arezzo Fiere e Congressi from 13 to 16 May, celebrates the productive and creative excellence Made in Italy.
Arrived at 32nd editionPremière sees continue the partnership with Beppe Angiolini, honorary president of the National Chamber of Fashion Buyers and ambassador of Oroarezzo. In launching this year’s theme, Angiolini underlines the inspiration of “absolute freedom, creativity and relationship with the contemporary. A philosophy based more on the style of each one, similarly to what happens in fashion which is renewed with each collection, rediscovering traditions and roots but always with a projection towards the future. I think this is the current need, after years of great difficulties, not only commercial but also and above all human. Look for imagination, value, hope, rebirth, innovation and recognition for everyone” .
The new edition of Première competition will evaluate jewelery projects and creations of any type, style, design, workmanship and size, without setting limits to creativity and inspiration of each company and participant: the only requirement is light that the jewel must be able to express. An attractive challenge for master goldsmiths and designers, who can represent their own idea of preciousness with maximum freedom.
Première draws the attention of the sector at each edition, turning the spotlight on the know-how of exhibiting companies who with their creations give shape to the best qualities of national goldsmithing and jewellery. Applications are open until April 21st of the pieces in competition which will be exhibited for the entire duration of the Arezzo event.
And for the first time the Première showcase welcomes i goldsmith school student projects. Alongside the jewels of the exhibiting companies, there will also be space for the jewelry designs of aspiring young goldsmiths, who will be able to compete in thenew “Talents” category with free-themed projects.
