R2-D2, used in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, was put up for sale on the auction site. It is expected to sell for a price between approximately 130 thousand and 150 thousand dollars.
Disney Plus’ popular series Obi-Wan Kenobi animatronics in the TV series R2-D2 The droid was put up for auction with a starting price of $100,000. This R2-D2 unit, which plays an important role in the series, is a model that can be moved with a fully functional remote control and is seen in the scene where Bail Organa and Breha Organa talk about Leia in the first episode of the series.

R2-D2’s aluminum dome features classic LED lights and holographic lights that emit a variety of colors as he moves. The dome can rotate 360 degrees and can be controlled by remote control, while the body can move in all directions and comes with a special wheeled base. The droid also has audio features via Bluetooth.
This unique piece has been signed by Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi), Hayden Christensen (Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader), and other key players of the series, making it even more valuable to collectors and Star Wars fans. Also included are the power supply, charging units and remote control unit required to operate the droid.
