Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán is scheduled to meet the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Friday, reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, a financial newspaper Financial Times and Reuters news agency on Thursday.

– The common message of the European Council is clear: Russia is an aggressor, and Ukraine is struggling for its existence. Discussions about Ukraine cannot be held without Ukraine, Orpo writes.

Orbán visited the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, on Tuesday and met with the president to Volodymyr Zelensky.

Hungary holds the EU presidency.
