SMHI has issued an orange warning for sudden ice slip during the morning.

At 06 o’clock, a number of traffic accidents have already occurred.

SMHI went out with orange warning yesterday – the second highest – for slipping in inner and northeastern Götaland and southernmost Svealand.

The police and the Swedish Transport Administration have asked residents in the area to stay at home if possible and avoid going out on the roads.

The warning is valid until 09 at the moment and during the earliest morning hours a number of traffic accidents have been reported.
