Iivo Niskanen has won Olympic gold and the World Championship, but he still lacks one big victory: Holmenkollen’s 50-kilometer victory.

The legendary 50 kilometers of Holmenkollen and its victory is the dream of almost every male skier on normal trips. Iivo Niskanen has already won three Olympic golds and one world championship, but he is missing the victory of the kingship from Kollen.
Now the chances of winning this race, which starts at 1 pm Finnish time, are better than ever before.

Hakola is ready to suffer
Five Finns will start 50 kilometers from Holmenkollen. In addition to Niskanen, they race in the competition Perttu Hyvärinen, Ristomatti Hakola, Lauri Lepistö, Remi Lindholm and Ville Ahonen.
