(Finance) – In the ambit of thepublic exchange offer (OPS) mandatory promoted by Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrill, it appears that today, 9 May 2023, 45,306 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 1,518,612, equal to 0.79% of the offer.
The offer began on April 14, 2023 and will end on May 18, 2023, as extended.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that Autogrill ordinary shares purchased on the market on 17 and 18 May 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
