(Finance) – As part of thepublic exchange offer (OPS) promoted by Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrill, it appears that today, 4 May 2023, 169,545 applications to join were presented.
Therefore, overall there are 1,378,017 requests for membership, equal to 0.72% of the offer.
The offer began on April 14, 2023 and will end on May 18, 2023, as extended.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that Autogrill ordinary shares purchased on the market on 12 and 15 May 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
