(Finance) – As part of thepublic exchange offer (OPS) mandatory promoted by Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrillit appears that today, 15 May 2023, 2,018,303 applications for membership were presented.
Therefore, overall, there are 3,992,502 requests for membership, equal to 2.09% of the offer.
The offer began on April 14, 2023 and will end on May 18, 2023, as extended.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that Autogrill ordinary shares purchased on the market on 17 and 18 May 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
