(Finance) – As part of the reopening of the terms of thepublic exchange offer (OPS) mandatory promoted by Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrill, it appears that today, 31 May 2023, 3,525,933 applications to join were presented.
Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions are 6,096,575, equal to 77.5% of the shares contributed during the reopening of the terms and of the shares contributed during the offer period.
The reopening of the terms began on 26 May 2023 and will end tomorrow, 1 June 2023.
