(Finance) – As part of the reopening of deadlines of the public exchange offer (OPS) mandatory promoted by Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrill, it appears that today, May 30, 2023, 2,483,950 applications for membership were presented. Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions are 2,570,642, equal to 75.6740% of the shares contributed during the reopening of the terms and of the shares contributed during the offer period.
The reopening of the terms began on May 26, 2023 e will end on June 1, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that Autogrill ordinary shares purchased on the market on 31 May and 1 June 2023 cannot be tendered.
