The US Central Forces (CENTCOM) Command announced that they captured Huzeyfe al-Yemeni, one of the terrorist organization DEASH ringleaders, and two of his deputies in a helicopter-assisted raid in eastern Syria.
In a written statement from CENTCOM, it was noted that Huzayfa al-Yemeni, who is alleged to be one of the attack planners of DAESH, was captured in a raid operation carried out by US troops by helicopter.
In the statement, it was stated that there were no civilian casualties in the operation in eastern Syria and that Yemeni’s capture was a significant blow to the organization’s ability to conduct an operation. (AA)
