(Finance) – Openjobmetisfrom 14 to 18 March 2022, with reference to the plan adopted with a resolution approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 30 April 2021 and launched by the Board of Directors with a resolution of 14 May 2021, announced that purchased 6,250 treasury shares at the average price of € 10.8304, for a countervalue equal to 67,690.03 euros.
Following the transactions carried out, the employment agency currently holds a total of 359,194 treasury shares, equal to 2.6196% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese list, it moves upwards Openjobmetiswhich stands at 11.4 euros with an increase of 1.33%.
