Vues d’Afrique, the unmissable event for African cinema in North America, opens its doors this Thursday, April 20 in Montreal, Quebec. Mali’s Fatou Cissé’s opening film Hommage d’une fille à son père will set the tone for a program featuring 109 films from 39 countries, including four world premieres, and confirms the advent of a young generation of filmmakers Africans.
