(Finance) – Back on Luiss Career Day, the initiative dedicated to students of the University who, today and tomorrow on the Viale Romania Campus, will be able to meet over 140 companies and law firms to obtain information and advice on career opportunities, apply and have interviews for open positions in Finance, Consulting, Corporate and Legal sectors.
An important springboard pFor undergraduates and recent graduates looking for work. But not only. This year, in fact, the annual event will allow, thanks to the contribution of the participating employers, to finance new scholarships for young talents who will enroll in Luiss degree courses. An entrance door to the University named after Guido Carli, confirming the commitment to improving social mobility, reducing inequalities and promoting merit. An inclusive approach that is also reflected in the title of this XXVIII edition of Luiss Career Day, “Open Minds, Open Doors”: having an open mind ready to anticipate change is, in fact, an indispensable element for seizing new training opportunities and work.
Over the course of two days of individual meetings and interviews with recruiters from multinationals and law firms, students and graduates will also be able to participate in some extra activities: space for blind sessions interviews, interviews in the dark, organized in collaboration with the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired, but also a theatrical improvisation workshop to experiment with active listening together with the Verbavolant school and an Effective Communication laboratory to learn to manage complex situations, with greater awareness.
Finally, girls and boys will be able to vote for the company considered the “Best Employer” based on the experience of meeting at the desks, the professional advice offered and the internship and placement opportunities proposed. The winners of this contest will be rewarded later in an ad hoc event.
