(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Open Fiberan operator active in fiber optic services in the wholesale market, communicated that its ultrafast optical fiber is now available in Loria (Treviso). The telecommunications company, concessionaire of the Infratel public tender for the coverage of the white areas in the Veneto region, has delivered a FTTH (Fiber To The Home) network to citizens and businesses.
On February 27, during a public meeting organized by the Administration, the Open Fiber technicians Alberto Sperandio (Regional manager in Veneto), Alessandro Battistel (Field manager coordinator in Veneto) and Davide Bertella (Field manager of Loria) presented the project to the residents of Loria.
“Thanks to the excellent collaboration with the municipal administration, now also the citizens and businesses of Loria will be able to make use of a latest generation ultra-broadband infrastructure that guarantees high performance in terms of speed, latency and reliabilitythus allowing the use of all the innovative, and by now indispensable, digitally enabled services”, Sperandio underlined.
“I’m in the municipality over 3,300 real estate units connected through an infrastructure that develops for about 41 kilometers – said Alessandro Battistel – Furthermore, additional 1,800 units real estate have been achieved through FWA technology, Fixed Wireless Access”.
