(Finance) – Reopening of the terms until 8 November 2024 of the OPAS launched on Unieuro through which Fnac Darty and have already come to hold 71.5% of Unieuro’s capital.
The Offerors point out that the reopening of the deadlines will take place for 5 trading days starting from today (included), and precisely for the sessions of 4 November, 5 November, 6 November, 7 November and 8 November 2024.
Shareholders who have not accepted the Offer during the Acceptance period will be able to accept it during the reopening of the terms, having the right to the same consideration, which is equal to 9.0 euros in cash + 0.1 Fnac Darty shares, as remember a note. The bidders will pay the consideration to each Unieuro shareholder who has accepted the Offer during the reopening of the terms on the fifth trading day following the close of the reopening of the terms and therefore on 15 November 2024.
The CEO of Fnac Darty Enrique Martinez commented: “After the success of the first offer period, we are enthusiastic about continuing our aggregation project with Unieuro. With the one-week re-opening period, which started today and will last until 8 November, Unieuro shareholders who have not yet opted in have a great opportunity to take advantage of our offer, as the vast majority have already done of Unieuro shareholders”.
