(Finance) – In the context of thepublic purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) promoted by Fnac Darty and Ruby Equity Investment on shares Unieuroan Italian consumer electronics chain, listed on Euronext STAR Milan, it appears that today 3 September 2024 n. 9,400 membership requests.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 9,810equal to the 0.0492% of the offer and equal to 0.0492% on the possible maximum 19,944,793 shares subject to the offer in the event of exercise of stock options.
The offer began on September 2, 2024 and will end on October 25, 2024. Borsa Italiana reminds that ordinary Unieuro shares purchased on the market on October 24 and 25, 2024 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
