(Finance) – MediaForEurope (MFE) raised the offer price on the subsidiary Mediaset Espana.
According to a press release, in the context of the MFE agreement “it has decided to increase the consideration for the Offer” within the terms indicated in a communication published on the CNMV website, the Spanish equivalent of Consob.
The offer – a note reads – rises to 2.16 euros per share in cash from the previous 1.86 euros.
