(Finance) – As part of thetakeover and exchange public offer (OPAS) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Evergreen on the actions of Coima Res, a real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 29 June 2022, 524,527 applications for membership were submitted. Therefore, the total number of requests for subscriptions amounted to 601,577, equal to 1.67% of the offer.
The offer began on June 27, 2022 and will end on July 22, 2022.
Italian Stock Exchange reminds that the ordinary shares of Coima Res purchased on the market on 21 and 22 July 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
