(Finance) – As part of thepublic purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) voluntary totalitarian sponsored by Evergreen on the actions of Coima Res, a real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 19 July 2022, 1,223,443 applications for membership were submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions amount to 19,170,981, equal to 53.096% of the offer.
The offer began on June 27, 2022 and will end on July 22, 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the ordinary shares of Coima Res purchased on the market on July 21 and 22 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
