(Finance) – Unipol published the document relating topublic takeover bid (OPA) on UnipolSaistarting next Monday, April 8, and whose conclusion, barring extensions, is currently set for April 26.
The takeover bid, aimed at delisting and to fusion of UnipolSai into Unipol, is not subject to conditions of effectiveness and provides for the payment of a fee of 2.7 euros per share.
