(Finance) – As part of thepublic takeover offer (OPA) voluntary totalitarian takeover of the Servizi Italia shares, listed on Euronext STAR Milan and leader in the sector of integrated rental, washing and sterilization services of textile materials and surgical instruments for hospital facilities, it appears that today, 16 January 2024, the 367,219 membership requests.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 3,867,655, equal to 34.16% of the offer.
The offer began on December 18, 2023 and will end on January 19, 2024, as extended.
Italian stock exchange reminds that the ordinary Servizi Italia shares purchased on the market on 18 and 19 January 2024 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
