(Finance) – As part of the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary on shares Services Italy, listed on Euronext STAR Milan and leader in the sector of integrated rental, washing and sterilization services of textile materials and surgical instruments for hospital facilities, it appears that today, 22 December 2023, 1,877,607 membership requests were submitted. Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 2,007,613, equal to 17.727% of the offer.
The offering began on December 18, 2023 and will end on January 12, 2024. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the ordinary Servizi Italia shares purchased on the market on 11 and 12 January 2024 cannot be tendered to the offer.
The companies brought to tender offer today are those of Steris UK Holdingshareholder of Servizi Italia, according to the provisions of thecommitment to join signed on 9 November with the offeror. This is 5.903% of the share capital and 6.408% of the voting rights.
