(Finance) – As part of thepublic takeover offer (OPA) voluntary totalitarian action promoted on shares Services Italya company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and leader in the sector of integrated rental, washing and sterilization services of textile materials and surgical instruments for hospital facilities, it appears that today 12 November 2024 37,032 membership requests were submitted.
Therefore, overall the membership requests they are at 848,756, equal to 14.07% of the offer.
The offer began on October 28, 2024 and will end on November 15, 2024.
Italian stock exchange reminds that the ordinary Servizi Italia shares purchased on the market on 14 and 15 November 2024 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
